Up for sale is a 2006 CAT C5000 cushion tire forklift, It has a mitsubishi 4 cyl propane engine, shuttle trans, 3 stage mast with sideshift, the 72" forks pictured are not included. If you don't need the 72" forks I can sell you a set for a extra fee, The lift will sell with a set of 48" forks. This forklift has 4000 original hours and has has very little use. The engine and transmission are spotless without a drop of oil residue present. The lift and tilt cylinders are dry with absolutely no signs of leaks or seapage. The control valves are also dry with no leaks or seapage. The parking brake caution light is on and has been on for the past year but the parking brakes work fine and are not locked up so it's probably a bad sensor. It doesn't affect anything so I have not bothered to fix it. Overall the lift is on great shape. I have a loading dock on premises and i can load this to a step deck, flatbed or dry van free of charge.
