Senior I.T. Facilities Engineer - (Philadelphia, PA)

The Senior IT Facilities Engineer provides Level three support and engineering to ensure proper day-to-day operation of the Firm's data center foundational infrastructure. The IT Facilities Engineer is a key member of the Data Center Operations team and is responsible for the overall design of data center related solutions using best practices, design patterns, and existing assets. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Expertise to travel (limited) to the Firm's other offices as necessary. - Expertise to organize and prioritize multiple assignments, use initiative and judgment to accomplish results, participate as a team leader or member of a team, work under pressure and complete position requirements in an accurate, timely and professional manner. - Ensures prompt repair of any failed or degraded equipment. - Possesses well-developed technical documentation, project management and facilitation skills.
