Plant/Facilities Engineering Manager - (Warren, MI)

The Facility Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the Facility Maintenance and Engineering departments across three shifts, insuring no interruptions in operations and adequate work conditions for all employees. The Manager coordinates and prioritizes both internal maintenance resources and purchased services. The Manager also coordinates plant shutdown planning activities and the powerhouse and industrial waste water treatment plant operations. The position is also the Business Contingency Manager for the plant and is the single point contact for development and analysis of additional business opportunities for WTAP. The Facility Engineering Manager is responsible for the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Pillars for Early Equipment Management and Energy and supports the Environment pillar.The position is responsible for continued certification under ISO 50001 Energy.
