It is a beautiful table of all solid oak construction. This table has been refinished by a professional crew in Maine. They have taken the table all apart, re-glued the top, fitted the top to the base as the cross member had damage, re-tightened everything, hand sanded, hand stained and applied multiple coats of satin sheen lacquer. The table has no leaves, but it will take at least three 10 inch leaves, which if the buyer desires we can discussing making at the time of the sale. It has a much better than average turn pedestal trunk and high quality and stylish claw foot legs. We have installed four wooden reproduction castors so that the table moves easily.
