We are hiring for a Coverage Attorney to represent the company in analyzing, researching and asserting insurance coverage positions for associates and managers. WHAT YOU'LL DO On top of having excellent research and issue solving skills, we're looking for someone who can work to identify areas associates can become educated regarding coverage issues. You will also review case law and statutory changes to maintain current expertise of the law and to foresee legal trends. Analyzes complex insurance contracts in all policy forms. Handles a full caseload of coverage cases with varying degrees of complexity, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the applicable insurance policy.
