Original DIXIE Banjo Ukulele Aluminum Body Vintage Unique - $13,999 - (Salisbury, MD)
Item up for bid is a fantastic and unique 4 string banjo ukulele made by Dixie. This instrument has an aluminum body which shows a few spots with some tape residue. The bridge is present but needs to be affixed. All tuning keys are present and in good shape needing only a light cleaning. Tailpiece is present and in great shape. Body shows no warps, breaks or cracks. Item measures roughly 20.5" top to bottom by roughly 8" side to side across the widest point. Body could use a polish, needs new strings (two old ones are currently in place) and has a nice patina from age. Really unique instrument that comes fresh to the market.
