HR Analyst-Executive Compensation and M&A - (Toledo, OH)

Location: TOLEDO Ohio - United States PURPOSE OF THE JOB The HR Analyst for Executive Compensation and M&A will bring analytical and operational ability to support OCs Executive Compensation programs while contributing to the elevation of human resources capability on M&A. This role will support the development of the HR M&A playbook by designing and implementing new tools, training and resources that enable repeatable, scalable and standardized execution. This individual will provide data management and financial analysis ability to support OCs Due Diligence milestones and activities and support the integration planning and execution as needed. This multifaceted role partners with a team of functional specialists and focuses on HRIS, Reporting/Analytics, Total Rewards/Compensation and Talent Management and improving operational processes during the lifecycle of an acquisition.
