Design Engineer - (Vernon Hills, IL)

Position description Precision Resource seeks an experienced Design Engineer to join our well-established organization at our state-of-the-art Vernon Hills facility. We are a leading global supplier of precision metal components and assemblies using a fineblank production method. The Design Engineer will be provided a customer-specific business portfolio and the expectation of delighting each customer with fast, problem-solving responses. To this end, the Design Engineer will be responsible for leading projects and design changes to optimize production processes working primarily with our automation group. In these roles, you will enjoy a collaborative, fast-paced manufacturing environment in a mature and profitable organization that specializes in manufacturing challenging and intricate safety-critical parts. This position does require minimal travel as dictated by customer needs, approximating 10% of your time.
