The driver installation CD is not included, but the software can be downloaded from the manufacturer website. Manufacturing date on this Embosser is September 2003. Tested and works properly with the latest version of Windows 10 on a desktop upgraded from Windows 7. This Embosser may not work on a newer computer that comes with Windows 10.
