This is a device for measuring DC voltage from 7 to 100 volts and current from 0 to 20 amps. It then computes power and energy usage up to 2 KW. It is ideal for monitoring small solar installations and their associated batteries. Having 30 amp "Power Pole" connectors it also compatible with Amateur Radio installations as the connectors are the ARRL recommended type and configuration. You will find this is an excellent device for monitoring power sources during field day or other portable installations. Being a "pass through" type device, the internal voltage drop is only ~0.1 volt at 10 amps. It is powered by the voltage being measured and has no internal batteries. The data is easily read in bright light or indoors. The back light can be turned off. It is easy to reset the power and energy readings. Easily set high and low voltage alarms can alert you to problems with your power source. The case is sturdy premium red ABS 3D printed plastic. The electronics module is NOT waterproof for mounting outside without further protection (not included). The Chinese meter module comes with its factory instructions.
