Electrical Design Engineer - (Little Rock, AR)

Job summary General Overview : To provide design of power, lighting, communication, and fire alarm systems for commercial and educational facilities. Candidates who are qualified should have a min of 5 yrs related skills working in the consulting field either for a full-service A&E or MEP firm, Background using AutoCAD and Revit is preferred. Essential Duties and Responsibilities are as follows but are not limited to: Knowledgeable in the design of electrical systems including lighting, power, life safety, security, and communication systems for commercial and public buildings. Expanding the company’s engineering breadth and growing and maintaining client relationships. Collects and prepares data/details and performs engineering calculations for building design. Responsible for the production of CAD drawings that are of high-quality being consistent, complete and accurate. Assists in field work, checking installations, and issue solving activities. Performs calculation checking and vendor drawing reviews.
