Steamfitter - Facility Maintenance Tech - (Greensboro, NC)

The primary purpose of this position is to provide direction for and perform repair and maintenance, both corrective and preventive, of the campus steam distribution and condensate return systems. 1. Steam and Condensate Systems - 35% 2. Preventive and Corrective Maintenance - 30% 3. Heating Systems - 15% 4. Pump and Motor Repair - 5% 5. Welding - 5% 6. Administrative - 5% 7. Plumbing -5% Applicants must have a valid driver's license.
