Facilities Cleaner / Janitorial - PART TIME - (Orchard Park, NY)

Position summary Hours: 6:00 am – 10:00 am Mon-Fri weekly, with additional hours as requested based on building needs The successful applicant will be responsible for the daily cleaning of newly renovated building, waste removal, event setup and cleanup, salting and snow/ice removal, landscaping, and other duties as assigned. Responsibilities Vacuum all carpeted floors, and mop/scrub all hard surface flooring, including grout. Clean and disinfect all bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, faucets, counters and floors, empty and line trash cans. Clean and disinfect breakroom and coffee stations, including counter, sink, faucets, appliances, tables, and floor, and empty/line trash cans. Assist departments with scheduled refrigerator cleaning as needed. Disinfect all tables, counters and glass/white boards in conference and training rooms daily. Clean and disinfect offices, and all remaining building areas, maintaining an organized professional appearance.
