Part time Member Care Representative (Teller) Job overview Provides superior member service to credit union members and potential members in addition to cross-selling the bank's products and services. The hours for this position are up to twenty per week with a flexible work schedule based on business need. Normal work schedules typically fall between the hours of 7AM-7PM. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays. Primary responsibilities As a critical team player, must be reliable, dependable and maintain a high degree of flexibility. Greets members and processes requested transactions accurately. Identifies member needs and cross-sale opportunities Balances and proves cash drawer and journals daily. In addition, attends to Night Deposit, Vault, ATM, Coin Machine duties. Requirements Accepting High-school Students one year related skills desired. Superior Customer service skills. General Math skills.
