City Rochester State Minnesota Telecommute No Department Administration Job summary Mayo's clinical documentation integrity (CDI) program aims to improve our provider's documentation in the patient's medical records to support the actual severity of illness, expected risk of mortality, complexity of the patients, and the goal of optimizing quality metrics to comply with federal/state regulations. The Enterprise Instructional Designer will develop high-quality and interactive MyLearning modules for all service lines, as well as foundational elements to educate providers about the importance of CDI in the delivery of healthcare services. The Enterprise CDI Instructional Designer will support the development of one-on-one and virtual clinical documentation and coding education to, physicians, advance practice providers (APPs), residents/fellows, and other healthcare staff members.
