Title: Apparel Technical Designer Location: Henderson, NV, US, 89014 Requisition Number: 29496 Position summary Cintas is seeking an Apparel Technical Designer. Assignments include interpreting and executing design vision; developing, managing and creating patterns and tech packages for required product types utilizing Gerber software systems (YuniquePLM, AccuMark); managing and approving fit development; conducting fittings; issue solving issues related to fit and quality; managing workflow to meet calendar timelines; and working independently and coopearatively with cross-functional teams, along with vendors and factories. Skills/Experience required* Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or Certification in Patternmaking/Apparel Manufacturing* In-depth knowledge of patternmaking, specific to male and female apparel, with strong attention to detail* Proficiency in the development of tech packages* Expertise to lead fit sessions using live model/body form to assess fit, garment construction
