This brochure has six panels printed on both sides measuring about 4" x 9.5" and folding open to about 24" x 9.5". This brochure has photos and information about the West Baden Springs Hotel and the medicinal baths available there. This brochure has a photo of the Governors Conference which was held at the hotel on October 17, 1923 and references in the text suggest construction of the new golf course will commence on March 15, 1924 and that a new Bath House will open on February 20, 1924 so thus a late 1923 or early 1924 publication date. This brochure is fully complete and fully intact with the exception of a tear in the fold on the cover page and one at the top fold. There is one small tear on the front page. All indicated in the pictures. Please view carefully. It has beautiful cover panels illustrated in full color. This brochure has some toning and moderate wear.
