Vintage pitcher toothpick holder with wire handle and textured/embossed flowers on the front. Not marked. No chips or cracks, but the wire is rusty. Dimensions are 2 3/4 inches tall ( 5 in tall with handle up), and approximately 2 1/2 inches wide.
