About the teamThe Zillow Group Facilities team is looking for a focused, effective, and agile Facilities Manager for our current NYC office and our relocation at end of 2019. From office supplies to desk moves to entire floor renovations, the facilities team is the oil that keeps ZG's wheels spinning, and this is the perfect opportunity to join a fast moving, high impact crew. About the role The Facilities Manager leads day to day facilities operations including janitorial, HVAC, electrical, food service, security and general maintenance. The ideal candidate will successfully handle facilities operations budgets, manage moves, adds, and changes, as well as provide strategic and day to day vendor management for operations, supplies, and services. They will establish, implement, and monitor team and office policies and procedures, including security, emergency response and safety programs.
