Our client, a biopharmaceutical company specializing in the development, production and distribution of plasma-derived products, is looking to hire a Facilities Engineer . Salary/Rate: $125K-$135K plus bonus Job overview: The Facilities Engineer is responsible for the Facility Maintenance, (non Production areas); management of all external areas (grounds and parking areas) and external Engineering service suppliers. The person in this role will provide ability in facilities engineering, design, project coordination, commissioning of non-GMP areas. Responsibilities of the Facilities Engineer: Manage all aspects of the facility maintenance with particular emphasis on safety, quality, environmental controls, efficiency, and cost effectiveness Responsible for main systems such as HVAC, Refrigeration, HEPAs, Fire Alarm, Fire Protection, Boilers, Door Interlocks, Snow Removal, Landscaping, Cafeteria, Janitorial & Trash, Laundry, Pest Control, Security, Camera System, Card Access
