The area they are talking about is around the dragons nose. We do not believe this is engraving , but more likely some cleaning. The marks look like tiny scrape marks made with a jewelers pick . Can only see with very strong loop. We do not agree with the "ENGRAVING" that NGC has place on this holder. We will be more than happy to take this coin back if you are not happy with it.
