Managed Care and Customer Service Supervisor - (Cleveland, OH)

The Managed Care and Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations within the Managed Care and Customer Service Departments. Duties include the development, implementation of workflow processes, enhance productivity, quality, the expertise to problem solve, expertise to promote team building, set realistic goals for staff and holds staff accountable for productivity/quality of standards. The supervisor is responsible for directing, delegating and overseeing staff. # High-school degree or equivalent required. Min five years of progressive background in healthcare revenue cycle operations required. Min two years supervisory background required. Knowledge of hospital revenue cycle. Must be detail oriented and organized with good analytical and issue solving expertise. Must have excellent written/verbal skills. Expertise to function independently. Expertise to be a team member in a high energy environment required. Expertise to provide leadership and guidance.
