Facilities administration health system **Description** This position provides a wide spectrum of services to ensure the facility, its fixtures and its equipment are properly maintained for the safety and convenience of the employees; to ensure adequate facilities, fixtures, equipment and printed material supplies are stocked and to maintain offsite records and fixed asset storage. **Requirements** **A. Education** 1. Requires high-school certificate or equivalent **B. Experience/Knowledge** 1. At least three years experience in building maintenance required 2. Must have basic knowledge of small hand tool operation 3. Must be able to read and understand equipment operation manuals and schematics 4. Current expertise of basic building fixture and small equipment repair required 5. Working expertise of basic safety protocol practices, including electrical and mechanical 6. Proven knowledge of basic safe body mechanics practices 7. Working expertise of basic building code and OSHA regulations preferred 8.
