Philco from 1932 This advertisement page is by Philco, originally the Philadelphia Storage Battery Co. though no mention of that in this ad. The ad has a photo of a Philco model 112X cabinet radio. There is also a photo of the Philadelphia Orchestra conductor Leopold Stokowski. Ad text starts “Both are Stokowski” and goes on about the sound quality of the radio. This ad is full page, approx. 7” x 10”, carefully removed from an actual 1932 magazine.
