A stunning 18ct gold three row collar "llion" necklace and bracelet by the world renoun, Ilias Lalaounis circa1980's signed with makers mark and signature. This striking designer necklace and bracelet are composed of three rows of narrow cylindrical beads in 18ct yellow gold decorated with a pattern of either horizontal or vertical lines and alternately threaded over a hand woven gold chain to a gold double crescent shaped clasp with safety.
