This is a complete thumb kit including USA hoses sleeved in abrasive resistant socks with high quality CEJN flat faced couplers to fit the factory auxiliary hydraulic lines which come down the stick, no trips to the hardware store. This specific thumb measures 28" long x 13" wide and features two 3/4" thick AR400 steel tines which are CNC cut and specifically designed for grabbing rocks, brush, stumps, and more. We use our custom USA made 3000psi welded hydraulic cylinder with an induction hardened, chrome plated 1-1/2" rod, to fit into the supplied cylinder mount which will need to be welded onto your machine. These cylinders are designed to run up to 3000psi, tested at 4500psi. Please let us know if there is a factory cylinder mount on your machine already as we have a different thumb available if you'd like to utilize the factory mount. The hydraulic cylinder also utilizes a hardline from the front port to the base so that the hoses connect out of harms way, and finally we install replaceable bushings in the cylinder crosstubes for easy future maintenance.
