The essential duties and responsibilities of the Senior Maintenance Mechanic (Facilities) include, but are not limited to: Maintains and repairs heating, a/c systems. Maintains and repairs plumbing systems. Repairs motors and pumps. Repairs restroom fixtures, pipes, drinking fountains. Maintains sewer lines; unstops blocked sewer lines. Operates, performs preventative maintenance and repairs hot water boilers. Operates, performs preventative maintenance and repairs cooling towers. Troubleshoots building controls and replaces relays or adjusts other control devices.
