Facilities Director - (New York, NY)

The Facilities Director reports directly to the Director of Operations. This role is responsible for providing leadership and guidance for the performance of the company's assets, including all maintenance, repairs, inspections, compliance, emergency response (weather related, major system breakdowns, etc). Required responsibilities --- Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight for the maintenance of all WeWork facilities, exteriors/interiors, grounds, tools and equipment. --- Provide guidance for HVAC, energy management, building automation, plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, painting, waste-water treatment, equipment maintenance and general construction practices. --- Provide engineering technical direction in support of the operations and maintenance of all MEP systems and critical assets. --- Work collaboratively across various operational disciplines to develop processes and systems to drive operating efficiencies, increase overall community background and drive incremental revenue.
