Animal Care Technician - (San Jose, CA)

Full time and Part time positions available and both are eligible for benefits. Flexibility in schedule will be required. Humane Society Silicon Valley is seeking an upbeat and enthusiastic team member to enhance the lives of animals and people through maintaining exemplary standards of care for our animals on site. Specifically, we are looking for someone to join our team who while in Animal Care will: Maintain levels of care consistent with HSSV standards for cleaning, feeding, behavior management and medical care of animals in house and off site. Provide mental and behavioral enrichment to animals in the shelter. Demonstrate compassion towards customers and owned animals in performing owner present euthanasia services.
