Supermicro A+ Server 4042G-6RF (H8QG6-F)with Four AMD Opteron OS6378WKTGGHK G34 2.4GHz 6378 16 Core Processors (64 cores) and 128GB (16x8GB) Samsung PC3-10600R DDR3 1333 ECC Reg Server Memory RAM It is with a heavy heart that I'm selling my Supermicro A+ Server 4042G-6RF. It is nearly new and functions perfectly with no problems at all. It has been in an climate controlled rack behind a high end BBU and voltage regulator. I've used it as an Super Plex media server. This machine just rocks!! It's fast and powerful can handle anything I've thrown at it, many many simultaneous video transcoding processes with out issue. It runs cool and is surprisingly quiet for such a powerful machine. The only modification is I added active CPU coolers, replacing the stock passive CPU coolers. The server is complete and includes the tower accessories, feet, top bezel, air-shroud, dual 1400 watt PSU's, 5 drive caddies & inserts, 4 original passive CPU coolers, 4 active CPU coolers, 4 Opteron 6378 CPU's, 128GB (16x8GB) Samsung PC3-10600R DDR3 1333 ECC Reg Server Memory RAM, 2 power cords, 20 drive screws. This listing does not include rack rails, rack ears, hard drives, monitor, keyboard or mouse. The server is in fantastic condition but it is used and does have some light scuffs and nicks. The flexible air shroud has a small split, the front bezel is missing one clip, one of the passive CPU coolers has a bent fin. All defects are pictured. Please review the pictures carefully and ask questions before purchasing. Returns are accepted for DOA ONLY. The shipment is heavy, weighs 86 lbs. Sorry no APO/FPO or P.O. boxes.
