Up for sale I have exquisite enameled plate over brass. The motif is hand painted with exceptional detail. The plate is made to hang on the wall and is 9" in diameter. I do not know the age of the plate, it is unsigned, most likely Perian. Every color in the rainbow has been used to make this plate
