Red Nucleus is looking for an instructional designer with ability in e-learning, live and virtual workshop design and development. Responsibilities: Design and develop interactive, engaging, and effective e-learning programs related to pharmaceutical product, systems, compliance, and sales skills Design and develop robust, innovative, instructor-led live and virtual training Design and write learning support tools such as, but not limited to, PowerPoint presentations, facilitator guides, participant guides, quick reference guides, and job aids Consult with clients and subject matter experts to uncover business needs, understand content complexities, and develop appropriate learning objectives Design and facilitate Train the Trainer sessions Assist in the development and presentation of proposals and pitches for new business development purposes Review/revise training materials created by others for formatting, flow
