Okuma CNC Veritcal Machining Center Cadet Mate 4020 VMC 4th axis - $4,750 - (Liberty, NC)
Machine is in okay used condition. It has been used in a shop with very little production hours. I owned this machine for over 10 years as the 2nd owner. mill is wired for a 4th axis as cable in back cabinet, This mill is not in working order, when it is powered up it comes up with a alarm = (065 alarm p svp start 42030001) see pic, I have spent over $5000 repairing different 2 axis drive boards (circled in pic in red)I have narrowed the problem down to a wire at 1 of the blue plugs (circled in pic), 1 of the wires is not getting the signal back that the board is needing, and i just dont have the time to fix it, I was told by a tech at Okuma that I needed a Oscilloscope to find the bad wire and since that board is new they thank the actual problem may just be a loose/bad connection. So the machine is as is, and to be payed for in full before it can be picked up. I have a local rigger that I will get to load the machine that I will pay.
