Crown size sede vacante medal issued to commemorate the death of Franz Ludwig von Erthal, the Bishop of Bamberg. Certified NGC AU-58. Beautiful patina with great eye appeal; undergraded in my opinion. Classified as Zepernick 263; Helmschrott 943. Last sede vacante issue for the state of Wurzburg.
