S & S Woodcarvers of California. It is called Diana Ross as she ordered one with a variation in colors. It is stamped 1988. Antique Wooden Carved Jeweled Rocking Carousel Horse Limited Edition with Antique Solid Brass Pole. Full size. Seat is 40" High with a 26" Pole for a total height of 66". It is 52" Wide. This model is no longer produced and is a family heirloom that will last for many more generations. Please ask for more photos or information. Thank you
