I have 3 acres for sale just 5 miles out of the city of Searcy Ar. It is located in the Center Hill community one mile of 36 hy on Bloodworth Rd.The road has just been paved.  It is a great place to build a home or put a home on it and raise a faimly.  It is in the Searcy school district. Elementry and High Schools are on that end of town. Doctor , Dentest, and shopping are 10 minits away.  There is a new Dollar General store in Center Hill 1 mile from property.  There is city watter running across the proberty. You would need to hook up to it and put a septic tank in. I baught the property 10 years ago for $18,000 before the road was paved.  I need to sell so I am asking what I paid for it then.
