Antique Victorian Renaissance Revival Settee and Chair Ready to Use Smoke Free - $475 - (Monticello, FL)

The outside left leg of the settee is missing the outside part of the turned leg. Glue joints feel strong. Upholstery is clean and from a smoke free climate controlled home where it sat in an unused back bedroom for 20 years with antique dolls seated on it. Settee is 62 inches wide outside the arms. The seat is 51 inches wide, about 18 inches deep and the top of the seat is 17-18 inches high, on metal casters, as is the arm chair. The center of the backs are about 40 1/2 inches tall. With another quick dusting, they could be placed and used immediately. Please note this is local pickup only. I will be glad to work with purchaser and/or shipper to load on this end.
