Used American Screen Printing Automatic Rolaprint Printer and American Screen Printing UV Dryer. Synchronized Printer and UV Dryer. These units are a step less variable speed stereo type units, utilizing special baskets that are designed to cradle the bottles without touching the printed surface. The basket travels on a horizontal chain conveyor through to the UV Dryer chamber which is equipped with highly efficient mercury vapor, ultra-violet curing lamps that are positioned to bathe each bottle completely with UV light. The Dryer is equipped with a centrifugal type blower for cooling the chamber. Containers are manually feed onto a feed chute with pneumatic escapement. Bottles are fed onto the Printing station by a vacuum transfer. An independent solid state variable speed drive automatically registers each bottle. The bottle is inflated, if required, and then printed by the chopper, action squeegee assembly. Bottles are then transported through the stereo UV Dryer. Equipment is in good condition and working properly. Used up til June 2018. ELECTRICAL SUPPLY FOR DRYER: 230 VAC, Single Phase with a Neutral Line, 60 HZ.
