Antique 1920's Fischer Electrical Diathermy Tesla Portable Quack Medical Device - $400 - (Harriman, TN)

Item shows signs of use as you can see on photos. The glass is broken. Includes only what's shown. I haven't plugged it in to test it as I have no idea what it's supposed to do but i heard you can get a heck of a shock. The cord is old and cracked but cracks don't seem to go down to bare wire.
