This is one of 2 Antique Elm Temple Benchs that were brought back from China several years ago. Made from driftwood found along the shore of the Korean Sea, this bench graced a temple swallowed by the 3 Gorges Dam. 2 . Though similar, they are not identical [in the 2nd pic, this chair is the rarest away]; the 2nd one is listed separately. This one has plainer front legs but better rears. Each temple bench measures approximately 40" long, 30" tall at the post, and 24" wide at the seat. Quite heavy, I'd say about 300 lbs. House
