Offered is a Rare PMG Certified VG10 (VG/Fine) 1913 $5 The Bank of Ottawa note, Charlton Reference 565-26-02. The note features a logging camp scene at center. Several internal splits/tears (some repaired) and notch in right side margin and some black on the back that PMG calls "foreign substance". VG8 book price is $1500 and $2250 in Fine 12, putting a VG10 at $1875 - discounted from there. The note shown below is the actual one under consideration. .tem
