GOEBEL HAPPY BIRTHDAY BELL: HEAVY GLASS CRYSTAL WITH BLUE GLASS BEAD - $1 - (Three Rivers, CA)

From the mid 70's 6" tall 3 3/4" diameter. The top of the handle had a chip and the blue/yellow flower bead was put on top.
