This is an Antique Cottage Clock Seth Thomas 8 Day Spring Wood Case Working c. 1890 Original unmarked painted Roman numeral metal dial, porcelain on tin. Original floral reverse painted lower tablet glass Brass movement signed with Seth Thomas Logo Original paper decal intact and in beautiful condition. Includes key and pendulum. Some chipping near the screw holes and some edge wear. There is on place on the movement that looks soldered. It is at the top of the hook that holds the pendulum swing arm. No cracks in the glass door panels and the artwork is very nice. Wood case in good condition but needs some touch up of color. The clock works for a short amount of time and stops. It has not been fully wound. The gong works at the top of each hour. Paypal is due 2 days from auction end.
