Basement room/full-bath for rent - N.A. - (Eagle Lake, MN)

We are a family looking for someone to rent out the lower level of our house. The lower level has a private entrance, bedroom, full bathroom, and some storage. We would share the kitchen and laundry room. Rent would also include a heated garage stall. We live on a quiet cul-de-sac in a small town 2 minutes from highway 14 and 5 minutes from Mankato. Our home includes two full time working parents, 6 kids, and one dog. Two of the kids go to school and the rest are watched by our sitter at the home. Our kids occasionally play in the living room in the basement. We are looking for someone good with kids, you don't need to spend time with them, just respect them. Our family is pretty laid-back and easy to get along with. We hardly use the basement living area and would like the extra income support - kids are expensive :) We will run a background check as the safety of our kids is our first priority.
