Overview The Designer will oversee the design process from conception to final prototype for assigned product(s) and is fully responsible for entire product design to include market research, designing, sketching, spacing, and fit. The Designer will build effective collaborative relationships and maintain the unique look, integrity, and vision. Responsibilities Research competitive markets to identify new trends, fabrics, and techniques Ensure that the product is consistent with market trends while maintaining the brand identity and business strategy Concept and execute silhouette, fit, and styling directions Ensure that production/sampling packages are accurate and complete Partner with Merchandising Team to set seasonal framework and ensure creative ideas and business goals are aligned Set seasonal fabric and trim direction, working with Product Development
