Here is a game used jersey that was worn by Chase Utley during the 2015 NLDS vs Mets. In game 2, Chase Utley had a controversial take out slide at second base which eventually created the Utley Slide Rule and this is the jersey that he wore during that game which can be photo matched by the dirt markings on the left clavicle area and I have included a photo of Chase showing the markings on the jersey as he scored a run later in that inning after the slide. The jersey is MLB authenticated as being worn in game 5 because that was the final game of the series and the last time that this jersey was used.
