1992-93 Louisville Slugger Tim Wakefield Game Used Bat Auto'd Rookie Era Pirates - $250 - (Durand, WI)

Offered for sale is a rookie era Louisville Slugger model R219 used by former Pirates and Red Sox knuckleballer, Tim Wakefield. Bat shows moderate use with ball marks, light seam impressions, and ink transfers. The handle has a moderate coat of pine tar and is cracked. Wakefield's #49 is written on both ends in black marker. He has autographed the right barrel in stunning red marker. Wakefield bats are tough to find due to his playing in the American League for so much of his career. This is a really nice, early example with good use. Guaranteed authentic. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions.
