Job title : Instructional Designer Summary: This is an opportunity for an Instructional Designer to join an established team to build creative and innovative training solutions that meet the needs and learning objectives for a unique and targeted audience. Must be eligible to work in the US. No sponsorships are available at this time. Essential Duties: • Create design documents and storyboards for instructor-led training, E-Learning and Webinar delivery • Develop quality training materials based on the ADDIE model of instructional design • Conduct quality assurance • Develop user manuals, self-paced exercises, and training materials for classroom training • Write instructional course content related to the specific subject matter • Convert details and needs into sequenced web-based and classroom training materials • Consult with teammates, clients, and subject matter experts on training needs and identify best business practices
