The Resource Manager partners with the Executive Creative Director and ClientService and Production leads to create a high-functioning creative departmentwith the goal of outputting work that delivers on "Do Something Extraordinary". Accountabilities: CreativeDepartment Management: Partner with the ECD to support the managementof a high functioning creative team Design and implement process todrive the creation of "extraordinary work" Workingwith the department leads, assign and monitor creative, strategy and designteams on both client, internal and new business assignments Maintainand update project tracking grid that is reviewed weekly with the Creative, Strategyand Client Service and Production teams Have a full understanding of allwork going through the business at any 1 time Implement tools
