This bag was made in 1980 by Workman Publishing of New York City, and it was fully licensed from King Features Syndicate, the merchandising arm for Popeye memorabilia (see Photo #4). This tote bag is about 12" X 14", and features a colorful drawing of Popeye saying: "I Yam What I Yam!" It's in excellent condition with no rips, tears, ink marks, or other damage.
